If you have purchased an item directly from www.fresco-bottles.comand would like to return it -  We do offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at - Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Fresco is not responsible for return shipping costs.

 If this return is for a quality issue, please reach out to us at to file a warranty claim.

Customers will pay the actual Cost of return shipping.

We recommend selecting a tractable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (10-20 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where Do We Ship
We currently ship anywhere in the United States (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) We do not ship internationally at this time.
Free Shipping 
We now offer free shipping on all US orders. All of our orders ship via USPS. Free shipping only applies to new purchases and will not be applied to prior purchases or returns.
Shipment processing time 
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once the order is shipped, delivery can take between 5-10 business days.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
